I was going to barbecue chicken leg quarters (legs + thighs) tonight. I picked up a bag of them at the asian market... 69 cents a pound. What a deal!
It wasn't as good of a deal as I thought. When I opened the bag... whew ~ I just threw the whole thing in the trash.
I'm only out $6 and eight pounds of chicken. The bigger issue is... what to eat tonight?
