Flashback: Charlie Rose Lectured on Importance of "Respect for Women"

CBS on Tuesday fired Charlie Rose in the wake of revelations that he allegedly sexually harassed multiple women for decades. In retrospect, his repeated claims of "respecting" and "appreciating" strong women ring particularly hollow. On September 10, 2017, the 60 Minutes journalist grilled former ex-Donald Trump aide Steve Bannon about the infamous Billy Bush tape.
Said the man who groped women, made lewd phone calls and walked around naked: "But [people] do care about respect for women." Speaking of someone other than himself, Rose chided, "And it's not just locker room talk."
In June of 2016, Rose was honored with the Fred Friendly First Amendment Award. The journalist bragged about how he treats women: "No one appreciates strong women like I do." Speaking of his then-co-hosts Gayle King and Norah O'Donnell, Rose touted, "I get to sit with two remarkable women every morning."
Both women denounced Rose on Tuesday's CBS This Morning.
Isn't it just SO interesting that the libtards in the media and in politics are always beating their scrawny lil' chests about what great "feminists" they are and denouncing anyone with whom they disagree as misogynist assholes, BUT when the truth comes out, the vast majority of the revealed "sexual predators" are overwhelmingly libtard Democrats?! ROTFLMAO!
