Well, yeah.
He should. Every man and woman in the military swore
an oath to uphold the Constitution. Not to violate
it following unlawful orders.
With that said I would like to point out that every
person in the executive branch who followed or upheld
one of Obama's 'pen and a phone' orders violated
the Constitution.
