You know what oatmeal also does? Oats in particular?

Helps absorb and get rid of fat....

Promotes better cholesterol and digestion...

Combines with a little vinegar daily it is a booster toward anyone wanting to lower their cholesterol and helps in reducing weight..

Best thing after that, which is used in concert, is to simply be picky about you eat and WHEN you eat.

Don;t eat after 7:00 p.m. and then go to bed. Let the body live off the amount of energy you gave it and if it needs more it will burn some more fat cells while ya sleep.

Fat cells, ok. I was visualizing the particles in the bloodstream binding the molecules together like cement. I suppose its doubtful. Chunks of this stuff line the liner and filter. It looks smooth, it's light gray in color and when you pick it up it crumbles into chalk-like stuff.

Saw something that said exercise can raise good cholesterol, so you're onto something there.

As for vinegar, "the acetic acid in vinegar may help reduce cholesterol and triglycerides when consumed with a high-cholesterol diet." Amazing what you can dig up on the internet. . .

Whoa, it stabilizes blood sugar, too!
