Micro, de,

Very interesting discussion on vinegar.

I have a moisturizer on my fan assembly from the heat pump (actually, I stopped using it). The filter on that thing takes particulate matter out of the water that looks like clay on the filter. Our water is crystal clear and it's disturbing that there is so much of this stuff, whatever it is, in it. We're drinking it. But where I'm going is the maintenance folks said to use vinegar to eliminate this stuff from the mechanism that sits in the water, which also gets gummed up with it. It dissolves it away.

So, I'm wondering if the vinegar performs a similar function in the body, dissolving your friend's sand in his gall bladder and maybe even cleaning out the blood vessels a bit, since cholesterol is positively impacted. Wouldn't it be something if high cholesterol resulted from particulate matter in water congealing with cholesterol in the blood vessels or something.

I'm the furthest person from an expert on this, of course, but I have found that what seems to be common sense sometimes applies.

Your wife is quite correct. It is a heartburn remedy that is natural.

Short story. My plant superintendent whom I dearly liked, was feeling poorly for a long while. He was five years older than me. Some doctor told him he had sand in his gall bladder and probably would need surgery to remove it.

I told him about apple cider vinegar and to do exactly what I suggested for you. I believe ONE tablespoon is sufficient thought De. Not the two I had stated.

Anyway, My superintendent did what I suggested and had read about as a natural remedy for two weeks.

His symptoms all went away and he felt so much better. He continued on this for about two months, lost some weight, and was a new person.

To this day, and this happened about 15 years ago, he has not had any recurrence with that gall bladder.

He is retired and lives out in the country about 60 miles from me. We keep in touch.

I wish you the best of success De. Fighting things in our later years isn't always easy but it does not have to be complicated either.

My wife and I drink this every single day. Sometimes I just take the tablespoonful and swallow it. No water needed.

TRY the OLD FASHIONED OATS. They are WHOLE and much better than the instant. We use MEIJER store brand because in our opinion they are better than Quaker Oats.

Less expensive is a side benefit. These seem to be more consistent.
Takes five minutes to cook them on the stove. Let them sit for a couple minutes when done so they have time to set up. You will love it!

Feel free to add things to this. Whatever fruit you like is always good. Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, sliced up banana or I even tried some natural pineapple chunks on top and it was great!

The apple cider vinegar will help with the cholesterol as well.

I wish you the very best....
