Capt, I didn't realize your back was out, too. The whole lot of us is ready, not, for the home! Heat's a good thing for muscles, for sure. I guess we all get to something that works through trial and error. Hope you feel better, too.
Thats what my back is doing and ice hurt like hell. I bought a heat pad. It frees the flow of blood up and relaxes tight muscles. I have had 2 days feeling pretty good. So far so good...... The part of my back that throws the lowest lumbar out is in the middle of my back. I lean forward and relax real good and these bones slide back into place. I stand up the pain is gone. My prob is keeping these middle bones in alignment all the time....
