Prepare for take-off. Ahead of the Demon’s debut, Dodge ambitiously promised it would raise the bar in terms of power and speed, and we’re glad to report it kept its word. The aptly named Challenger SRT Demon is the company’s latest hot rod, and it finally broke cover at a private event in New York after a teaser campaign that lasted a whopping 13 weeks.

HAAAAAA MY 55 chevy would do triple that with a 292 Small block. 283 bored .060 over, Would rev to 10,000 rpm, just playing with the throttle. Balanced to within 1/2 gram.... Raced it for 4 years before it let go LOL.........
I made my own traction bars, kinda like these..
These hit the rear leaf springs behind the front spring perch. I made mine out of an older Plymouth front torsion bars. They hit right at the front spring perch. More transfer of the mass to the rear wheels , thus more front end lift. It was fast off the start LOL
