I figured my prob out,, I had a CC on paypal that expired. I deleted it and the buy went through. I dont use CC on these purchases. I have other means of paying through paypal........

LOL I cant even pay for it. I use paypal, and it doesn't work for me on their site right now. Only option is my CC number, I wont do that. Just keeps getting better with them.. NOT
