That is why my mrs. and I eat only REAL foods and organic oatmeal is our choice for cereal. No corn. No wheat.
Monsanto ain't getting it's gmo crap into me. We eat home grown apples from a local orchard here and make lots of sauce from them we freeze and have all winter and spring. So easy to do. Ya needs to core, peel, slice up, put into a crock pot of large size and let it cook into sauce over time. When cooked down, simple put into sealable freezer containers and freeze. All natural, nothing added, sweet, and delicious. Great on top of a bowl of oatmeal.... or a pancake..or waffle.
