Ah, yes, the problem and threat is the Left adopted his lessons to use. The warning became a play book. What strikes me most is yes is no and no is yes [update: or, saying the opposition is fascist when they are fascist, which is quite a ploy).
I once attended an Orwell conference put on by Soros in the NY Public Library (yes, I was 20' from the creep; only time; have to hear it from the horse's mouth to know and counter stuff and both left and right analysts were included on the panels). It was a conference on propaganda. At the end, they played heavy Communist music. I'll never forget that. I sat with a guy from DC who was observing. Fascinating.
