Freedom of Speech - Different libel laws for 'accredited journalists' vs those exercising freedom of the press on the Internet with blogs, writings, etc.
Freedom of Assembly - try driving without a license, insurance, tags, safety inspection, pollution controls inspection .... . Empty freedom unless one can drive. Try assembling without being tracked, photographed, GIS'd by at least one government agency. Freedom to Assemble is empty without the RIGHT to Anonymously Assemble (ditto on Free Speech -one ruling (on speech) that SCOTUS actually got right.)
Right to Have and Bear Arms - relinquish all your firearms when you enter ANY state or federal building.
Obvious impairments are far too numerous to enumerate.
So far, we don't have to quarter soldiers - to my knowledge.
Warrantless Searches - Airport Metal Detectors (also violates First - freedom of assembly), Strip Searches, Wanding, Pat Downs - enter ALL federal buildings- ditto - Enter any LARGE COUNTY COURTHOUSE - ditto. Ever have a cop demand you identify yourself (violates secure in your person, freedom of assembly) - always a stark reminder of movies about WWII where one of the PRIME violations, always portrayed, were the gestapo demanding 'your papers'. Not acceptable to us growing up- we submit like sheeple today.
Warrantless - FISA court no need for warrant to identify, search, unmask if 'communicating with "foreign interests" - EVERY SINGLE PERSON EVER MAKING A CELL PHONE CALL OR USING E-MAIL HAS HAD THIS WARRANTLESS SEARCH PERFORMED ON THEM.
Bills of Attainder - being imprisoned, without indictment, without access to attourney, without trial ... forever ... under the 'Patriot Act' provisions - just accuse someone of terrorism. Only muslims ? Hardly - that abuse is aimed at ANY that the government wishes to silence and can be done with NO PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE, NO RIGHT TO COUNSEL, NO RIGHT TO SPEEDY TRIAL, ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO PUBLIC TRIAL. Using drones against US CITIZENS.
V again ... nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb ... Acquitted on State Charges - try 'em agin under some Federal Statue - Double Jeopardy (and triple,quadruple, quintuple) ROUTINELY happens - for the same offense. Book 'em on multiple charges for the same offense - justified by looking at 'various aspects' of the same offense - it broke multiple laws, so try them on all charges ... FOR THE SAME OFFENSE.
V again ... Can't be forced to testify against self ... Really ? - Well, just grant 'em immunity. Funny, I don't see that loophole or exemption in the amendment at all.
V another ... nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law ... Hmmm .... accused of various and sundry ... GOVERNMENT ASSET SEIZURES CIVIL AND CRIMINAL - without trial, even without charges, certainly on merely being charged ...
BILLIONS SEIZED EVERY YEAR- by local, state, AND federal.

... LOSS OF ALL PROPERTY RIGHTS has already happened - it is infamously solidified in the KELO decision.
VI - right to speedy trial - STAYING IN JAIL FOR 1-2 years, with NO TRIAL, NO CONVICTION - ...In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, ... Changes of VENUE BY PROSECUTORS routinely granted to where the crime was NOT committed ...
VII - In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law. Hmmm ... nothing speedily comes to mind other than COURT COSTS have become so prohibitive that exercising this right has become almost meaningless except for the most egregious cases ... and where deep pockets (such as insurance companies) are involved. Good luck on fighting an insurance company, in court - unless you have been seriously injured, and have a bucketload of money to fight them.
Article the tenth [Amendment VIII]
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Does this one REALLY need any documentation ? LAUGHABLY ignored by so many laws (IRS penalties, anyone- wayyyyyyy excessive) ... violate ILLEGAL exective branch regulations ... jaywalk, minor traffic offenses (hundreds of dollars), BAIL - fuhgetaboutit unless you've got a sh*tload of money, or a paid for house - excessive in the extreme.
Article the eleventh [Amendment IX] The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. VIOLATED ROUTINELY - gay wedding cake anybody ? - denied First Amendment protections to the baker.
And that is just one that makes the news.
X. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Well, that one was blown out of the water by LINCOLN - and violations of it continue to this day. Federal interference in voting rights laws of numerous states ring a bell.
So - yeah Micro- you are correct to get upset about this latest violation of the Constitution ....
BUT - You do realize that the Bill of Rights is so egregiously violated each and every day, and has been violated FOR DECADES that we effectively haven't had any rights for a long damn time ... ?
