I can understand Big D maybe or maybe nmot. There is a high pressure system to the northwest of Dallas so that may well keep Harvey veering off to the northeast.

I am confident I will see Harvey bands of clouds in the near future as well. Most everything from the Gulf travels up the Mississippi Valley to the Ohio Valley.


I did not realize Austin was so far south of Dallas. Now that I actually looked it up Austin is definitely going to get a taste of Harvey's rains.

Yes sir, Texas is one huge state. I have first cousins in Arlington Texas.Several to be exact...

I don;t drive that far, I fly. Maybe after learning what the TSA gropers are now doing I think those days are over for me unless I just register for pre-screened certification. Then ya don't get groped....

Oh, yeah ... Austin is gonna get some precip from Harvey.

Now, the meteorologists are speculating that the Dallas area might get a sprinkle or two out of it.
