from Van Horn to Fort Stockton, we kept passing a semi. It had a chrome grill but was otherwise all black with NO markings. My wife and daughter thought it looked strange, and that was before I pointed out that it didn't have any license plates on cab or trailer.
We stopped for the night at Ft. Stockton so I don't know how far it went.
I also saw some rain there, in west Texas, but I didn't think anyone would believe that.
