I disagree.
I believe that the original Bill of rights and amendments were the most important no matter the order they were listed.
Number's 1 and 2 are critical to a free society just as the ability to defend and protect yourself from a tyrannical government is necessary as well.
But really, all are needed and could not be included in just one. Besides, nobody can think of everything all at the same time and possibly conceive every last potential threat to a nation in the future.
One thing is true.
They did one heck of a job trying to though......
