LOL, This is a tool I made to compress my bike front springs in the front forks.

And it works better then the one from zuki LOL

It is a piece of heavy wall exhaust pipe with 2 holes drilled at the top and I welded on 2 nuts for bolts to go through, and 2 pull hooks for ratchet straps.

The front forks have a cap that unscrews and a locknut underneath, but to get at that nut one has to compress the spring to get at it. There is a 6" PVC spacer on top of the spring with 2 holes in it, to screw the 2 bolts and nuts I welded on . One must put that on and screw the bolts in to these 2 holes, than take 2 ratchet straps and hook onto those 2 hooks I welded on and put a big bolt through the axle hole and start pulling it down, a lil at a time. Then the locknut can be accessed. Amazing. Took me about 30 minutes to weld this up and worked better then the companies $60 POS tool haha..

And yes I welded the nuts on crooked LOOL. But it worked........

One thing I would change is, make the pipe about 4" longer so it wrapped around the tube earlier. Lot less work....
