...ya not gonna believe this crap. Ya just have to read it for yourself. Seems they are charging people for rain that runs off their property and onto the streets and into the sewer system. Un-Fricken-believable!

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
