I don't really believe Ribs was a bench warmer.

...yeah I wuz.

BTW: There was 7 guys on the team (starters) who did not get scholarships and they opted to go into the Marines. I was the only one that passed the physical.

He wanted the LETTER to put on his jacket even he was riding the pine....

I don't really believe Ribs was a bench warmer.

I played on TWO Ohio big school state title teams at my High School. We lost a third title game to some well fed ( I think it had to be GMO's ) northern good old boys who wuz twice our size...

Longest night of my football playing life.... I played on the offensive line as a starting guard and backup middle linebacker.

Loved the sport. Paid for it a little later in knee surgeries and shoulder surgeries. That wuz after the vacation in beautiful moist and sunny southeast asia...

Ribs could probably be very descriptive of all the best places to go hang out....
