I am highly curious about what the other police officer has to say. If I was the officer driving the car and my partner fired a shot right across me in an otherwise non-life-threatening situation ... once I recovered from the deafening shock of him firing his handgun within the confines of the car ... I would have beaten him to death, right then and there.
