...everybody faces criminal charges for first offenses. In real life, there are no Mulligans except for the 'race card' and of course the "Ted Kennedy Memorial Get Out of Jail Free" card all democrats receive after stealing an election.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
