Not a lot of money, but enough, I guess. My goal for a long time was to ensure that I'd have a problem free rest-of-my-life. Then the goal was to ensure my son would have enough for the rest of HIS life. That plan fell apart once I understood that dollars would lose their value. So now the goal is only to ensure that I have a self-sufficient existence that I can pass to my son one day.

I'm glad you've got a plan - and I hope it goes well for you. I can say the same for myself, of course. I have a plan, and much of it will probably not go the way I'd like. However, it's also going to be a lot of fun, and the adventure is what I'm really looking forward to. The suburban lifestyle is not for me. I don't think I could stand it if more suburbia is all I had to look forward to. I'm TIRED of the routine.... A person only lives once, ya know?
