I can't see more than a few idiotic Americans consenting
to use any currency other than the U.S. dollar - ANY
other currency means 'somebody' with no accountability
to 'We The People' can inflate said currency to our
detriment.
I can't see, say, the Russian government 'consenting'
to the Russian people using any currency they can not
'control' (or inflate etc. etc. etc.)
I can't see any government consenting the use of
a currency they can not control.
