Thanks for that info, Linda. Hamstring the IG's and there are NO LIMITS on the levels of illegality that can be achieved.

A fact that the Hussein.Ø proved over and over. The final two years were absolutely lawless - and that lawless attitude STILL is entrenched deeply with the DOJ (Roth..., FBI, and DIA.) The CIA has always been lawless.

I learned something tonight from a book by Mark M. Lowenthal. He says,

"In 2015, the Obama administration ruled that inspectors general need permission for access to wiretaps, grand jury information and some other data. Critics believed this undercut the ability of the IGs to do their job, especially agencies like the FBI and DEA."
