Actually, Cap'n ... it was this judge that got himself bitch-slapped ... by the Supreme Court. This was one of the black-robed tyrants who put a ban on Trump's highly-lawful immigration restrictions in the first place. However, now that the Supreme Court has decided to allow Trump's immigration restrictions to proceed and look into the matter further in October, this pajama-boy doesn't have the stones to continue ignoring the clear and obvious law that's right in front of his face.
