yes.
The basement is totally finished and gigantic. As a bonus, on the side pour concrete walls, there are tons of finished closet space and on other side shelving storage, all with bi-fod louvered doors with nice white semi gloss paint... TONS of storage downstairs.
There are TWO separate rooms down there also that are large beside the MAIN area which is a gigantic family room.. ALL freshly carpeted with middle grade carpeting and padding.
ALL told the house is over 3200 square feet in a township ranked in 2016 as one of the best places to live in the U.S. .
It is a very quiet neighborhood with lots of mature trees and houses are well spaced apart. The deck is no maintenance. It is enormous.
Sliding glass doors from Great room as well as the Master bedroom.
Every inch of flooring on main level is brand spanking new. ALL the walls have been meticulously prepped from removing wallpaper, sanding down, patching, sanding some more, washing down, prime and seal, then two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint and Behr Marquee in a very ultra light Gray/white .
Looks awesome. The garage is really oversized. Very high ceilings and extra wide.
I am proud of the bathrooms I remodeled. Those were tough and completely gutted. New Marble floors, new solid wood vanities with marble vanities, and beveled subway tile backsplash above the vanity that matches identically the marble floor... PAinted the walls a nice shade of light gray to match the gray streaks in the white marble floors. New Kohler Comfort Height toilets with Silent closing seats.
Yes. I did it all.
Only thing I did not do was lay the carpet and padding. I did cut and lay the engineered wood flooring, all the finish trim, the kitchen backsplash, new 18 gauge stainless Elkay sink with Price Pfister faucet and soap dispenser and top of line Sears best insulated garbage disposal.
ALL new SATIN NICKEL lighting throughout house and new matching ceiling fans by Hunter and Hampton Roads. ALL are amazing. I installed new electrical GFCI outlets around the kitchen and bath sinks. ALL new six panel doors throughout and six panel sliding closet doors as well. It is a really nice appealing house and the pictures really do not show very well.
Looks much better in person.
I believe it will sell this week.....
Too bad you don;t live north of the Mason Dixon line.
I could offer you the friendly price.......
DID I mention the 3 year old natural gas with forced air furnace and air conditioning or the 2 year old GAS water heater? Or the water softener that is not rented but owned?
Someone will get a very well insulated, quiet neighborhood full of older people mostly, home that they can relax in and enjoy as the neighborhood is a cul-de-sac with no outlet.... No traffic....
