Good news.
Realtor texted and said she has TWO showing this evening already.. Heck, it just listed about 1:00 p.m. today and that is the first time anyone has known its for sale..

Wow. Drawing attention fast. I am hoping it sells very quickly. a few days would be excellent...

The fireplace shown is 100 percent natural river stone. The hearth is made of same stone and mortar. It is a natural gas insert with forced air to act as an auxiliary source of heating. Dad never used it.

I can't believe my realtor already has two showings lined up tonight and she just listed it on MLS today..

Hope whoever is looking at it likes it as much as I do now that it is fixed up and looks nice and refreshed...

This is what I was working on last 8 months.
Imagine if you see these rooms that each one was covered in 25 year old wallpaper and none of the flooring you see was there..
ALL lighting, walls, flooring, wall tiles, bathroom fixtures plus moving everything out of there was all done.
Including the designing of the front door entry system with a 20 guage steel insulated entry door with sidelites. It is the strongest steel entry door made.

The exterior trimwork and painting was all new by me as well.

Thought you may want to see what I have been up to while trying to work at same time.

Glad it is finally listed and in hands of our neighbor who is the agent. Judy lives only three doors down from my father's house. Her husband is also an engineer so we get along well!
