I don't see how governments (except maybe narco-states) are
getting rich from drug trafficking.
But the 'drug lords' and 'drug cartels' are definitely making
a LOT of money. Drug production and trafficking are one of the factors
keeping the Afghani Taliban in business.
I suspect the real reason we are losing the 'War on Drugs' is
the same reason we lost in Vietnam. We did not prosecute it as a
real War.
I agree zimmer. I guess my thoughts would be for the overall BIGGER picture. The war on drugs is making gumpies and a lot of others rich, and last time I read We lost the war on drugs years ago. A great way just to keep money flowing to the wrong people......
