Looks to me like iffen ya get that mastered, and you are off to a good start it seems,

that perhaps a restaurant is in your future???

Good smoked, roasted, chicken, ribs, etc. All you need is a few sides to go with that and you could be the next big thing.....

Man I need to learn how this smoker works. The gauge in the door read it was running at 200^. Went for a lil ride and came back and they were done!!!!!!!!! Pork loin was 170* a lil too much and not as tender as I would have liked, The tri tip was awesome tender just didn't like the seasoning they put on it at the store. Too much black pepper, The chicken was 165 and haven't tried it yet. I am full haaaa Really good though..... Experience is key with smoking.......I will learn...........


I put some sriracha BBQ sauce on the pork loin and cooked it in. Man what a flavor that did for it..
