>> a law requiring all insurance companies
?????
How about ....
>> a law EXPLICITLY ALLOWING all insurance companies to market across state boundaries.
One is a Constitutional approach- the other is a big government explicitly UN-Constitutional approach.
However- that said - It is already CONSTITUTIONAL for all insurance companies to market across state boundaries, and any state laws to the contrary are already un-Constitutional.
We have enuf laws requiring every durn thing under the sun - time to rid ourselves of 99.9% of them.
Ignorance of the law no excuse ? BS ! That is a lawyer's favourite money mantra. 90,000 pages+ of regulations per year from the executive branch of the federales alone is not only inexcusable - it is horrific. NOBODY, including the most skilled of lawyers, can possibly comply to all the laws and regulations on the book. The GOVERNMENT has effectively criminalized ALL LIFE IN THE UNITED STATES - and thus holds a sword forcing complete subservience over the heads of all us. Don't cross us - or we are able to put you in jail.
Project Veritas is an excellent example of this CURRENT GOVERNMENT FACISM.
So, please, Linda - no more laws 'requiring' even one damn thing. Let's get RID of most of those laws.
Anarchism ? Hardly.
Sanity ? Absolutely.
