Then I guess it isn't necessary for Congress to write a law requiring all insurance companies to market their services nation-wide. How does that happen?

health care is Un-Consititional.
I'm pretty sure the Constitution says that the federal
is supposed to be limited to what it says it is allowed
to do in the Constitution. And nowhere does it say
anything about 'providing' health care (or insurance).
And I'm pretty sure that the Constitution was written
that way to prevent socialist poo-poo heads in one
state from stealing moneys from the other States to
finance their stupidity.
