I is trying to relax a little today. Drove too much yesterday and then spent two hours today bent over yanking out tall weeds at my father's and really strained my lower back where I had surgery a few years ago. So have been just resting and sucking on pain killers and anti-inflammatory meds.
Hate it when that happens. Too long in the car and not enough rest stops to stretch.
