While the statement is mostly true, we still need to be aware of those whose views do not align with most of ours.
I would think in terms of The FACTUAL BOARD, or something showing that the views presented most often here are rooted in Fact, LAW, HISTORY, Documents, ACTUAL things people actually said instead of being taken out of context and then dramatized.
Don;t want to sound like an egotist but we do have assembled a very formidable and well informed group of folks who each bring their own style and make contributions that everyone benefits from.
I come here to read and learn. I do not have time to go rooting out all the different sites many here do as a service for others and keep us abreast.
I am open to adding a Descriptional board name under the POPE 4 moniker if everyone else is.

I have to go work on my father's house and fix some last second issues that are minor but need attention as it goes on the market next week and should sell in a week , two at most.
I likely COULD have easily spent an additional ten grand in the kitchen changing out the counter top and the Jenn Air cooktop stove there. That alone would be 3 grand for the stovetop. There is massive amounmt of real Maple wood cabinets and hence, countertop which should or could have been changed to Granite.
But I happy with the changes I made. Someone else can make that decision on the countertops if they don't like the one that is there. It is traditional laminated and nothing at all wrong with it. I added GLASS tile backsplash above it all around, about 35 linear feet and went to underneath the wall cabinets.
Looks nice. Very good engineered wood laminated plank flooring in walnut with matching molding. Awesome look.
So I have to go re-touch up baseboards in guest bedroom little sister half assed when there was just bare floor there. Now I have to tape the carpet down and out of the way so paint can be added to below top surface of new carpeting. She's a genius....
Anyway, almost got this house out of hair and my life. Realtor said list it for $275,000. We can always come down a little but no less than $250,000.
The house is move in ready. I just need to finish that baseboard in the bedroom and do some weeding outside in shrub beds.
Then, I AM DONE. 8 months of my life in that place.....
I will invest the money for my father and try to make it grow for him. Hopefully between that and what I am managing now he will have plenty. Over half a million... Closer to six hundred grand...
Not a fortune but pretty considering.....
