Thanks ma'am!
She is ultra talented and a workaholic.

She has chosen HEALTHCARE LAWS as the arena to which she is happy to apply her immense ability to read and memorize and execute in the legal interests of her employer.

She was with a very large and prestigious nationwide law firm in Richmond and was after a few years asked by the other one directly across the street to come work with them. They gave her an office on the 15th floor with all glass window looking out over the State Capitol building which Jefferson supplied the architectural design and drawings for from France while he was ambassador there, to George Washington, as well as a scale model so the constructors could visualize what the end result should look like.

It now sits under glass in the building open to the public.

She at first, after passing the BAR on first try, was employed by the Federal Government, the GAO.

After serving two years there she was offered as position att he first firm in Richmond. After being offered a PARTNERSHIP in the second firm in Richmond, she was offered a position to which she could not refuse in Virginia Beach by an extremely large national Healthcare supplies, systems, and services provider to be their ONLY legal counsel and corporate attorney.

She reports only the President and ceo. She oversees everything in that place and makes sure things are executed and done within the framework of the Law.

They don't sneeze there without consulting her first.

It works out well because they can afford to pay her more than double what she was making at the Firm and still save money on their annual legal expenses which exceeded a million dollars a year.

Her sister is a TEACHER in advanced sciences at the High School she attended and is nearing completion of her PHD. She is degreed in micro Biology with minors in Forensics and anatomy. Smart child also. She lives near us and we have helped raise the grandchildren while they were growing up because her husband is a teacher also with Masters plus in computer science. He teaches college courses accredited by University of Cincinnati as well.

Me? I am the dumbest of them all. I refuse to retire and I love meeting people and helping to solve problems and show them how to improve their products performance while reducing their costs doing so.

36 years of expertise plus a lot of preparatory education as well... I have been blessed and cursed with not quite a photographic memory and been the subject of many studies and tests. I do not forget things I read and see.

So if I read it, even speed reading, I retain over 85 percent of what I read. Because of that, it explained why I did not need to bring books home to study in High School and could quickly read through them in college. Both of my kids got that same ability.

So yes, it is sometimes a curse as well as a blessing.

I wish I could forget some things I have read or witnessed with my eyes and heard.

But it is what it is.

This is why I am so excited for De with his talented young man who possesses some wonderful gifts in his makeup! He could make some major contributions in other people's lives as he grows older with that talent given to him by his creator.

Over the next several years it will be an interesting path for young Joey as he develops and matures into the man he will eventually become. He has a good example to follow imo...

Best to you always Linda,

micro....
