DGPeddler> De, I don't have a lot of any except
AT&T. I own NOK, CMCSA, GLW, NCR, VZ, TDC, & CTL.

My largest holdings are :
MKC - McCormick spices.
D - Dominion Resources (power company).
CLX - Clorox

I also have some AT&T, Pfizer, Proctor & Gamble,
Kimberly Clark, OGE (Oklahoma Gas and Electric) . . .
Coca Cola, Conoco Phillips . .

I have a total of 18 companies.
(I live for dividend checks and dividend increases.)

I also have seven mutual funds - five of them in my
401K and two municipal bond funds outside. (For
the federal tax free income.)

I see keeping my money in cash to be 'not too bright'.
Obozo's celebrated 2% inflation rate and the fact that
cash is not making any money makes it a no-brainer.

I think it was around 2001 or 2002 . . . interest rates
had gone way down. I was looking at keeping money in
the bank at a half percent, or buying Heinz at 3%.
As I said, no brainer.

Zim.

De, I don't have a lot of any except
AT&T. I own NOK, CMCSA, GLW, NCR, VZ,
TDC, & CTL. Most of my money is in cash.
I once bought a big chunk of one and
it went bankrupt.
