Why would a cop who has already fired 11 shots into a vehicle at the passengers he was chasing, and being told by occupants that they were already hit multiple times, stand there, reload his weapon, and fore ten more shots into the vehicle?

...being a cop is like being a soldier. Once the shooting starts, adrenalin flows and emotions take over. Have you ever found yourself or any of your pals in a situation in nam still firing after a problem has been resolved?

I am unable to read the article because I get a popup in front of it wanting me to download something and it won't go away.

Question for Ribit on this incident.

Why would a cop who has already fired 11 shots into a vehicle at the passengers he was chasing, and being told by occupants that they were already hit multiple times, stand there, reload his weapon, and fore ten more shots into the vehicle?

Then a grsnd jury lets the cop off the hook?????

Something is either not being reported in this story or
the grand jury should exchange places with the shot passengers and let the cop keep on firing rounds into them. Maybe their perspective might change?

What is wrong or right in this picture Ribit? It looks bad and smells bad to me.

Am I missing something???
TIA
