Cooking greatly reduces the health benefits of many vegetables.
I've been drinking a lot of "green sludge" shakes of late. That's my name for them. They look pretty disgusting.
I have one of those Nutri-genie things, but any blender would probably work. The recipe is:
Fill the blender halfway with kale, with the thick stocks removed.
Add 10 red seedless grapes. (I often do 15 to 20.)
Add a large stick of celery, sliced into at least six pieces. If there's still room, I add a stick and a half.
Add a quarter cup or so of real pomegranate juice. Add more or less depending on your taste. If it's too tart, use less next time. If you can't get it all to blend, use more.
Thoroughly blend. I run the Nutri-genie for 30 seconds after the solids are gone.
Drink up.
It's better than it probably sounds.
