Due to a mistake in MY posting - it is not clear that the first two para's in the Francis Marion article are a quotation from a book by Thomas McIntyre - "Augusts in Africa" - which is where zim found the offensive 'green berets in Korea' reference.
The rest of the article is by Francis Marion, published in Highcountryblog.com and is not 'fiction', nor is it about 'Sten' the Swede.
Francis article makes for a fine, relaxing Sunday Read. Memorable.
