I had measles three times as a child. Had chickenpox four times. Somehow, I survived. Today and when my children were toddlers you get a MMR vaccine and one for chickenpox as well.
I realize the intent of the article is to show that non-vaccinated people who are carriers of diseases we have mostly stamped out in our country are bringing these things back into our population centers through NON-enforcement of borders or immigration.
