Yes, but this is the home I've rented for six years and will leave behind in June. It's not New Hampshire.
Speaking of New Hampshire - I'll be driving there next week to meet with my builder and my excavator. I've also got an electrician lined up, and it sounds like Liberty Utility Co. is about ready to give me my power pole. They better be since they cashed my check.
Once the pole is in, the electrician can install a transformer at the top of my driveway and run a line from the pole to the transformer (using the already-laid conduit.) THEN barn construction can begin.
I don't think this project will be done this year - though I'd hoped to have it done LAST year. It's a shame since my garage up there is now insanely overfilled (you saw my moving van pic, and the garage already had a lot of things in it) and I could use the space. When I move there next year, it will be hard to find anything. One saving grace: I did a very thorough inventory of box contents and box locations. That will help.
The barn will free up the garage and make the place relatively habitable.
