Just relaying what they said. Seems far fetched. They theorized the Martians came here after their planet became uninhabitable.

When they first came back with pix from Mars with this latest rover, they had a shot of the landscape, littered with rocks. I zoomed in and looked at the whole picture in detail. What was there, but a fuzzy critter next too one of the rocks. Either the picture was a hoax or was shot here on Earth. Fake news!

Really.
I don't think so.
Who was ever on Mars to develop nukes in the first place?

I suspect the truth is more likely along the lines of
'because Mars has less gravity than Earth it would
have a harder time holding on to enough atmosphere'.

And then even if there are aliens capable of
interstellar travel . . . What might have been
on Mars to make it worth nuking?
