I take 2 aspirins every nite. And yes, the eye docs are gonna dilate my eyes for 2 hours and look in. I hope they don't see my deep inner mind haaaaaaaaaaaa. I was just concerned about losing my eye site in that eye. Could be nothing but AI have insurance now soooo. Thanks for the advise bro!!!!!!

and yes my eyes feel much better now. They don't hurt or feel like they gonna blow up, and not all blood shot,,,,,,

OH and I started probiotics months ago. What a difference that makes to keep the body in tune. ALL NATURAL!!!!!!!!!!!!

And I started a vitamin multi daily thing. A lot of stuff my body was missing...........

Realist - Everybody in America is soft, and hates conflict. The cure for this, both in politics and social life, is the same -- hardihood. Give them raw truth.

Nemo - Congrats on lowering your BP - the 197 level is considered life threatening. It is still too high at 140 - and the difference twixt systolic and diastolic is too much (70 points) which some doctors (maybe all) consider as an even greater risk than high BP (on both sides) by itself.

That said- Thank you very much for the info about Avocados - I am in the same boat as you with high BP.

You might want to consider an aspirin regimen - not for the heart - but for stroke. Floater in the eye isn't serious ... but have your eye doc take a good hard look at your eyes - a full exam with all the flashing lights.

Reason: High BP can and does hit your eyes .... HARD.

I had an ocular stroke about 4-5 years ago - and went totally blind in a matter of seconds in one eye. Could see light- but everything was like looking through a severe case of 'shower door'. Had an eye doc that treated it (GREAT DOC) with a chemo drug injected in the eye every few weeks for a few months, and got my sight back ... but guaranteed it scared the crap out of me. Treatment was NOT cheap - it would normally have cost about $2,500 PER VISIT. Some very kind folk helped me out - including that eye doc. I am thankful to them to this day. Not everyone gets their sight back- nor 'just' have an ocular stroke.

Sooo.... TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, NEMO - you've just had a major 'wake up call'.
