when they did their routine blood pressure check They I was high 160/80. Hell I have been that for years. Anyway they started me on High BP pills and went back and they checked me again and had me double up on them. Well that sucked. I checked my pressure thast night and it was the highest I ever seen 197/112, and I had a raging headache.

Well I DID some serious research on this and found avocados and bananas and veggies work great for High BP. The next day after the high BP and headache I started eating Avocados and I recorded 141/70 in ONE day. I have been eating all this and stopped eating chips, which I love with salsa , slowed down on smoking, and eating right, and tonight me and my friend went out for a nice turkey/moms day dinner and came home and checked BP and I was still in the 140/70 range, AMAZING.....

. These doctors are pushing pills that will kill us. In my research I found a natural doctor that checked these BP meddies and reported on the top 5.......................Guess what the top one was for doing the most harm than good?? YUP. The one the doctor prescribed to me.. Lisinopril... It causes kidney and liver damage and get this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It causes heart attacks.............. This F**kers are trying to kill us..........GO NATURAL folks. It works...
