The Supreme Court so far holds that you DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE AN AR-15 or similar capabilities weapon. You so called right to bear arms goes up to handguns and hunting rifles. And no matter how you sugarcoat the AR-15 it is not a hunting rifle, and the Supreme Court knows it too.
Check up on it. I posted it, but you ignored it. You either live here or not. If you are you go by THE LAW, not what YOU believe the law should be.
Got it?
I hope so. Not much else to debate on the subject. The list Weco posted is what will make a difference without affecting your right to self protection with a gun at your home. The conceal carry story is something I'd delegate to the states.
Speaking of Freedom, and patriots fighting for freedom, it also means freedom from religion. How about that? Why take the oath of office placing one's hand on a bible? How about placing one's hand on a bible, a koran, a little statue of buddha, small Hindu statues of Deva, Devi, Ishvara, and all the other gods there are, as America is a multicultural country without established religion, and no language for that matter.
In God we Trust? What God? Deva, or Buddha? Or Allah? Jesus? "God"?
