This situation seems to be similar to 2006, when Eric Swartz was able to acquire millions of shares of Patriot, for pennies per share..

This time the share price is even better than at that time..

Lecky seemed, at that time to suddenly unleash a number of Licensees, in a relatively short time span,(Were they withheld for enough time to allow ES to acqure shares?) ,,which resulted in the well known, run-up in S/P, which then gave ES the fruits of two DIVIDEND payouts.. And while the S/P was peaking at plus, $2.25 ES dumped the horde.. while most S/H's were expecting continued signings, followed by the BIG payoff.

(Did Lecky tip off ES, that there would NOT be more signings for a while?)..
