Actually I thought about buying some more when it was going down but it did not get low enough. I would have bought down close to $20 range but it then started moving back up. I have a lot of AT&T stock because I worked for the old AT&T. I was going to move out of it but then they announced the spin off of AT&T Wireless and spin offs were going up. Then I got distracted and it dropped into the $20 to $30 range. I ended up working outside plant and the bottom fell out before I knew it. Then I retired and SBC bought AT&T out. Now the U. S. economy is on the verge of going to hell in a hand basket. I would not be surprised to se the DOW go to 6,000 to 7,000 For now, I am sitting on my cash. AT&T pays a good dividend but I am not willing to gamble on it at this point.
Hey there, DGpeddler. I guess I'm not the only one whose been talking to himself on this site. I was reading a few of the other forums and was just seeing a lot of nothing.
I wAs going to ask what you thought about AT&T but then saw your recommendation to buy at $2. LOL! Everything is overpriced crap these days, isn't it?
