Hi Boomer!

The visit was pretty good I think. I will have a new injection to the disk that is bulging and rubbibg against the nerve in that same L4-L5 spot. Doc said if that doesn't work then he knows exactly where to go in and surgically repair it. So I at least know relief is on the horizon. I have a Thursday morning surgical appointment at the outpatient surgical center for that particular injection.

Yes, I have a couple places with stenosis as well.
That is a narrowing of the spinal canal where nerves run through it among other things. When stuff gets scrunched up inside it makes for pain.

My mom and sister both have lower spinal stenosis as well. I hope they can open that up for you!

Let me know will you?

Take care Boomer!

Micro.....How was your Dr visit? Hope it was better than mine. Severe spinal stenosis L3-L4......funny but they were fused together last august. Still anxious to talk to the surgeon......like, How can that be?

PA says surgery is minimal compared to last one HAHA
