Yesterday the 3 parties spoke to an individual from the Fidelity executive office. We attempted to explain the particulars to him telephonically. Apparently the letter was given to him by Mr. Johnson 111.
We left off that he would contact us within a few days. His comment was that he has a great deal of research to do.
Without any elaboration, I told him I had posted news items for both you and Whom 1.
He asked me for my internet name and the boards that I post on. I told him that I was presently posting on Atomic Bob's and that prior to that I did a great deal of posting on Raging Bull and much more rarely on Yahoo.
By the way, Cramer on his show has continued to bash my stocks as he said he would because I wouldn't reveal my formula for computing the numbers after a severe market turndown. Among the ones he's bashed are the oils, soup company, and, yesterday, Seadrill. Waiting to see which one he bashes today.
