MTG got told NO by a large majority of the House Today.
Only 11 Republicans voted with her against the 'motion to table.' Disappointingly, Chip Roy (of Texas) was one of those. All the other Republicans in the House had the good sense to tell her to pound sand.
Good for them. MTG and her minnions have their collective heads up each other butts.
Kevin McCarthy should STILL be Speaker - he had presented and supported the most conservative House agenda we have seen in DECADES, and did a damn good job of it.
Speaker Johnson has also done a VERY admirable job, especially considering some of the 'mccainite spoiled children' he has to corral. Bitch, bitch. bitch about the 'lack of a border bill' but everyone here knows it would have been quickly killed in the Senate, and probably wouldn't have even passed in the House. A complete waste of time and political capital. As for the Ukraine funding, I SUPPORT IT - COMPLETELY.
