He's clearly going to be pushing for broad protections for presidents.
He kept asking unreasonably broad, abstract questions about immunity, instead of sticking to the actual case before the court.
This tells us very clearly that the contemptuous clown is going to be making it all up again.
The Roberts court is really a rogue court. It is not in the slightest a conservative one. It's Limbaugh partisan dogmatism, not the institutional caution that conservatism used to be. A conservative court would not have taken this case at all.
