Whatever happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'?
And while the president may have the final say, he can't declassify documents himself without other's being involved. Also, there's a paper-trail showing the how and when the steps of the process were completed. Can Trump, or any of his people, produce or even indicate where this paperwork can be found which shows that the documents in question were indeed declassified before Trump left office?
