... Bragg is going to drag this case for months because he knows this prosecution won't stand up to even a cursory legal inspection. It's simply a political prosecution, which is exactly why he wants to drag it on until the 2024 presidential election gets going. THAT is Bragg's real reason for delaying as long as he can ... it's Bragg's "scheme with others to influence the 2024 presidential election by concocting negative innuendo."
Hmmm ... maybe after this is all over, Bragg will be forced to indict himself, eh?
